Nationally certified job coaches
Our team includes certified rehabilitation counselors (CRC’s) – professionals who are uniquely qualified to help individuals with disabilities acclimate into the workplace and to help employers make their workplace more receptive to workers with disabilities – as well as employment specialists with college degrees. Our job coaches are nationally certified and cross-trained at the various job sites we support, so you can access consultation when needed.
Comprehensive job matching
Our job matching process is far more comprehensive than is typical in the industry, to help ensure the skills and interests of the candidates we send you match your hiring needs.
Extensive job-readiness training
We have also developed our own extensive in-house pre-employment training services to prepare workers in areas such as basic computer skills, customer service, safety at work, how to dress for different employment environments, and soft skills training including conflict resolution and various work protocols.
Low worker turnover
